Granting Agency Access to LinkedIn

Step 1 — Check if You Already Have a LinkedIn Ads Account

  1. Log in to LinkedIn.
  2. Go to: https://www.linkedin.com/campaignmanager
  3. You will see one of the following:
    • You see an ad account → You already have one.
    • No accounts appear → You need to create one (go to Step 3).

Step 2 — Create a LinkedIn Business Manager (If You Don’t Have One Yet)

Quick setup:

  1. Go to: https://business.linkedin.com/marketing-solutions/business-manager
  2. Click Create Business Manager
  3. Enter your business name and email
  4. Add your Company Page

Step 3 — Create a LinkedIn Ads Account (Only If You Don’t Already Have One)

Steps:

  1. Visit Campaign Manager: https://www.linkedin.com/campaignmanager
  2. Click Create Account
  3. Select your Company Page
  4. Enter account name + currency
  5. Save

After the account is created, continue to Step 4.

Step 4 — Add (Claim) Your Ads Account in Business Manager

If you already had an ads account or you just created one, it needs to be claimed in Business Manager. Instructions: https://www.linkedin.com/help/lms/answer/a416878

Steps:

  1. Open Business Manager
  2. Go to Ad Accounts
  3. Click Add Ad AccountsClaim Ad Account
  4. Enter your Ad Account ID (shown in Campaign Manager)
  5. Confirm

Step 5 – Update/Add the Payment Method to the Ad Account

  1. Log into LinkedIn.
  2. Go to Campaign Manager: https://www.linkedin.com/campaignmanager
  3. Click on the correct account
  4. Once inside the correct ad account, look for the Settings or Account settings / Billing center option in the top navigation (it can appear as a “Billing” tab, or under a “Settings” or “Account Settings” dropdown).
  5. Click Billing or Billing center.
  6. In the billing area, find and click “Payment methods” or “Manage payment methods.”
  7. Click Add payment method.

Step 6 — Grant Our Agency Access

After the ad account is inside your Business Manager, you can add us as a partner.

  1. In Business Manager, go to Partners
  2. Click Add Partner
  3. Enter our agency’s Business Manager ID: 7388652485667651585
  4. Select the company page and ad account.
  5. Choose the highest level of permissions
  6. Save
