For Franchise Brands and Multiple Locations

Step 1: Group Setup

You’ll need all your locations in a group to add agency partners in one easy step. Groups allow you to organize all the location profiles under one roof, making it easy to add managers for your brand while still maintaining individual access for franchisees. Learn more about Google Business Profile groups here.

  1. Click “Create Group” at the top of the page
  2. Name the group something you’ll recognize internally (it’s not visible to outsiders)
  3. If prompted, select the locations to add to the group.

Consolidate Groups (OPTIONAL)
If your account has groups set up already, or if you have a bunch of ungrouped locations, you can move all the locations into the new group so that they’re all organized in one spot. This doesn’t change franchisee’s ability to manage reviews or see their locations in one spot, just organizes the profiles into folders where you can manage access in bulk.

  1. Checkmark one or more profiles that you want to transfer to a business group/business account .
  2. Click Actions > Transfer profiles.
  3. Select the business group/business account that you want to receive the profiles.
  4. Click Transfer (or Transfer ownership).
Step 2: Add CyberMark to the Group
  1. In your new group, go to Settings → Users → Add user.
  2. Paste this ID: 5524951236.
  3. Choose “Owner” as the role so we can add new locations for you. If CyberMark will not be creating new locations, “Manage” access is fine!
  4. If that doesn’t work, try clicking the Add User Group option instead in step 1
